Thoughtful and interesting, thank you. I was brought up in the philipines but moved to america at such a young age I can hardly remember anything apart from the delicious food. I finally found some authentic Filipino recipes if you want to take a look, I thought I'd share it with you!

1.Fast food chains sell their products on fixed rules and prices, therefore the staffs at counters are not at the liberty to changes the products ramdomly.
2.I am a diebetic and ask for hot coffe instead of coke as the set meal offered but the sales staff at the counter cannot allowed that alternative change, that in other Western fast food chain.
3. Customers compliaints are daily occurance, take up the compliants possitively and challenge and be proactive for improvement
4. I am very proud that Jollibee achieved hugh success in its 531 outlets in Phillipines and love to see its opening up branches in S.E.Asia.
5.I am a Malaysian Chinese and definately like to see Jollibees makes its present felf in Mainland China with potential 20,000 outlets.
5.Do not only let the overseas Chineses but also Asians feeling proud of your entrepreurship.
6. Mr Tony Tan, you should build the Jollibee brand name globally that all Asian will patronise and take pride to be associated with.
Good Luck , Good Health and continue the Family Harmony Spirit

[...] A few days ago I went to the city branch of Jollibee in Iligan. Since I just came from the community, I went to the lavatory to have my hands washed. Unfortunately, there was no water. I went queuing with dirty hands, and decided to order something that didn’t involve finger foods like french fries. Miss, pa order kog Chicken and Spaghetti ug one rice, I told the saleslady. Miss, I want the Chicken and Spaghetti plus one cup of rice. Continue reading… [...]
