Just hours from the President’s visit to Iligan, another bomb was found in Iligan around 4:30 pm today just across the street from yesterday’s bombing site: Jerry’s Shoppers Plaza. A waiter from Delecta Bread Shop noticed a suspicious looking papaya wrapped inside cellophane and a netbag, and immediately reported the incident. The Explosived and Ordnance Division of the Army immediately responded to the scene, and successfully defused the bomb.
